We had a wonderful Christmas this year. Ashton and Addy were so excited on Christmas morning and it was so fun to watch them dig in to all their presents. We started Christmas Eve at my family's house for appetizers and treats and we played for a few hours until it was time to go to the Hales' for our Christmas Eve dinner. We then headed out to the Festival of Lights. Usually we just drive through but this year we got to go on a hayride through the lights. It was actually not that cold and it was lots more fun than being in your car. After that we came back for treats and dessert. Ashton and Addy really enjoy the frosting on their sugar cookies. Then it was time for gifts. All the little cousins drew names and got to buy presents for each other. Ashton got a sweet truck and Addy got a fun laptop. All the siblings draw a couple to buy for and we got a fun popcorn popper for all our movies nights! Finally, it's time for pajamas. All the grankids looked so cute in their matching pjs. After the pajama parade and pictures it was time to go home and wait for santa to come. Ashton and Addy got some great presents and we had such a great Christmas this year. We were very blessed.
