The rest of our summer....

To start off me, my mom, my grandma, my sister and Ashton and Addy went to St. George for a few days to go to Tuachan and hang out in the pool.  It was so hot that the pool felt awesome and Tuachan was so fun.  It was a great girls getaway and we had tons of fun. 

Next, came Ashton and Addy's third birthday.  Where does the time go?  It's so crazy to me that they are already three.  They are so cute together most of the time.  Addy has a great time bossing her brother around.  And Ashton usually lets her.  She is into calling him boy and brother, never Ashton.  It's hilarious to hear her yell to him "come here boy!"

This is how we start off their birthday, with their favorite donuts as big as their faces!!

Then we opened presents from mom and dad.  Woody and Jesse toys from Toy Story were the top presents  among other things.

The twins also had this exciting news to share with all their friends and family on their birthday.  They are going to be a big brother and big sister.  We are very excited for this new addition to our family.  More on that later.

Thanks so much to all our friends and family for coming to the party and spoiling these two with so many presents.  It was a great day.

Ashton and Addy got this from their friend Bree for their birthday and it has been a big hit around our house.

We hit up the Owlz game one night with Jordan and Karen and Jackson.  It was hot at first but once it cooled down, we had a great time.  Ashton and Addy especially liked dancing to the music when each batter went to home plate.

Next, came Fiesta Days, one of my favorite parts of the summer.  We kicked it off at the new rodeo arena which is so nice.  We loved the bulls and the horses and the snow cones.

Then came the BBQ and swimming party at Nan's house.  They literally swam all afternoon.

That night it was on the park for dinner and a little carnival action.

Finally, we ended the night with fireworks.

What a fun summer we have had doing so many fun things.  My favorite things in life are spending time with my family and we have done lots of that this summer.
